Our 12 Week Semester Programs are offered in the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. Our semester programs help students develop the skills, fluency, and confidence to communicate effectively in English. Students improve their overall abilities in both spoken and written English, as well as their understanding of U.S. culture. After completing the program, students will be better prepared to use English at work, in school, or among international friends. These programs consist of morning core classes and afternoon elective classes.
Our English Plus program enables students to combine advanced level English language preparation with a credit-bearing course in Boston University’s Metropolitan (MET) College. This 16-week program allows students with an advanced level of English to continue to develop their proficiency in one of CELOP’s core concentrations and apply their skills in one undergraduate course. MET offers undergraduate courses in a wide range of fields, such as math or science, the social sciences, or the humanities. This program is offered in the fall and spring semesters.
