Conveniently located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, KAI offers a General Course, Business Japanese Course and a shorter Practical Conversation Course. These classes cover speaking as well as reading and writing of Japanese Characters. Both give students the opportunity to enjoy learning Japanese language and culture in a multi-cultural environment with students from over 40 countries. KAI's modest size allows students to receive personal attention from teachers and staff. At KAI, we respect the values and cultures of our students and our students take pride in their cultural backgrounds when studying Japanese at KAI. Our program is designed to nurture these backgrounds and integrate our teaching methods in order for students to improve their communication ability and skills.

This school was everything I wanted and more! It is very helpful that all classes are in Japanese even from the very basic levels. If you have some prior knowledge of the langugage, as I did, they will place you in the level best suited for your overall proficinecy. It's a serious school, you won't be able to just breeze through it, but it's well worth every study-hour for the speed that you advance and the awesome activities!

The location is perfect. In the middle of Korean Town, next to Sobu and Yamanote lines stations, and 10 minutes walking from Shinjuku.
They made some activities. The staff are so kind! Always helps you when problems. The teachers are completely profesionals, the lessons good.

i loved the school, its veryy heavy to study but really good study material, they focus a lot on the reading and writing and you can start learning from every level.
they have there own study material wich i still use sometimes to keep up.
staff is verry nice and sweet and they have fun activities like tips to kamakura, or kareoke party etc.
i had lots of fun.

Quand je suis arrivée la première fois dans cette école, je me suis tout de suite sentie comme chez moi. J'avais visité plusieurs école avant, mais Kai avait le petit truc de plus.
J'ai commencé par des cours généraux, après 9 mois, je n'arrivais plus à suivre à cause des Kanji. J'ai des problèmes de mémorisation à cause d'un maladie, c'était difficile à vivre. J'avais un peu le blues et le stress montait de plus en plus. Heuresement, j'en ai parlé avec mes professeurs qui m'ont proposés plusieurs solutions. Ils m'ont soutenu et j'ai finalement choisi les cours privés.
Mon niveau de grammaire était très élevé après 9 mois, alors avec mon professeur, nous avons créé un progamme sur mesure pour moi avec des exercices pour moi. C'était vraiment d'une grande aide car j'ai bien progressé, et même si c'est un peu cher, je ne regrete pas.
J'ai aussi participé aux cours d'été et j'ai pu constaté mon progrès surtout à l'oral. J'en suis très contente. Quant au activité que propose l'école, c'est simplement super! Je me suis régalé avec la visite d'une fabrique de sake, de bière, des sorties divers que je n'aurai jamais faites sinon. J'ai l'oportunité d'écrire sur le blog de l'école où je partage mon expérience.
J'aime mon école, j'aime mes professeurs et mes camarades. Et KAI me le rends bien! Merci à vous!

I am really happy with this school and their teaching method. The contents of the General Course are very useful and focus on every aspect of the Japanse language: reading, listening, speaking, writing,... Besides, the school is in a very convenient location and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
I am really happy so far and would recommend this school to anybody who is interested in learning Japanese efficiently! :)
