I am trying to call and make a payment. To make a payment in USD dollars thy required you to call them. They dont pick up phone for 2 days in a raw, dont return your messages. How could you trust someone there if no live people

I was very excited to start the pathway program today 12th Abril 2021. I talked to an agent named Tess. She was attentive at first but after I made the payment and the test she disappeared. I didn't know what to do and I missed today's class. Nobody answers the phone at ILAC, nobody answers my emails after I made the payment.
I ran to the bank and made the transfer at 2 pm and so far she didn't answer me and I missed my first day of school which was to start at 5 pm.
another agent on instagram was trying to help me but he couldn't do it either. I just hope they solve my case because I don't want to lose my money

To be in Canada has been one of the most amazing and valuable experiences in my whole life, Toronto is one of the most cosmopolitan and safest cities in the world, ILAC is pure joy and has talented and professional teachers, I took TESOL program I had the opportunity to teach lessons and to learn from some experienced teachers, my homestay was great my host family was amazing I also speak french and they were from France so I not only enjoyed speaking English at home but also french....

It was such a good opportunity for me to improve my English skill by attending classes at ILAC, in terms of writing essays in MLA format, how to study IELTS, etc. Teachers were also very nice, and it was also a nice chance to make lots of friends from many countries all around the world.

As a student who recently finished the Pathway Program at ILAC, I can highly recommend the school. I started in intermediate level last year, and after 4 months I started in Pathway. Not only the curriculum is one of the most prepared that I have ever met, but also all the teachers are completely able to answer each question that students might present in any academic field. During my period as a student in the program, I never stopped my learning process. All the time I was learning different skills as well as reinforcing each weakness. Nowadays, I can totally suggest the school because thanks to them I am able to go to college and write essays, do research, and explain any topic in front of the audience and professors as well. Directors, ambassadors, coordinators, teachers, all of them are always attentive to everything, and meeting them made a huge difference in my life. Thanks to all the staff at ILAC for give me the skills that I needed to follow my dream.
