Rosemead College of English has two campuses in the Los Angeles area that are accredited by ACCET and the state of California as well as SEVIS approved to provide F-1 students with I-20 visas to study in the U.S. RCE offers a full course listing of ESL classes as well as exam preparation classes for TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, and NCLEX (the California registered nursing exam). The main Rosemead campus is a test center for TOEFL and TOEIC. In addition, we offer a one-month, intensive English study program in the summer. RCE is a gateway to learning the language necessary for the workplace or higher education in the U.S. Our campuses provide a safe, challenging, and friendly place to learn and thrive.
