Mala gestión. Me engañaron con el alojamiento y todavía me deben 1500 euros desde hace 3 meses.
Se equivocaron en el alojamiento, me cobraron dos semanas de alojamiento q no iba a utilizar...

Usted pagó por 17 semanas, aunque al final sólo estudió 15 semanas. Esas dos semanas le han sido reembolsadas, junto con la diferencia por 6 semanas entre la residencia que originalmente reservó y la residencia alternativa en la que finalmente se hospedó.
Las cantidades que ha pagado corresponden a las residencias en las que se ha alojado. Ambas residencias eran muy similares en términos de calidad, y las dos estaban situadas en zona 2. Los precios de las residencias cambian constantemente, dependiendo de la duración de la estancia, la epoca del año, el tipo de habitación, y otros factores.
Nosotros hacemos todo lo posible para proporcionar a nuestros alumnos precios competitivos, pero los precios pueden cambiar de vez en cuando debido a los factores enumerados anteriormente.
Lamentamos que su experiencia no fuera una más positiva, realmente hicimos cuanto estaba en nuestras manos para ayudarle.
