To whom it may concern, the following message is intended for Zoilo Nieto and Julio Nieto. Please forward this to them at your earliest convenience.
My name is Tyler Sanchez. I’m a former employee of Zoni reaching out with regard to an incident involving the Miami DSR Rita Usaga. I think you’ll be interested to know that on June 3rd, 2024 at about 5:00pm Rita Usaga and the remaining employees left the Miami campus unlocked and abandoned for the night shift without previously deciding who would close the school, leaving all of the valuable cash, immigration documents, and computers in the office completely unattended.
When I realized I was alone on campus, I immediately called Rita on her cell phone to inform her. She was shocked and surprised to discover that everyone had left, and assured me she would call you for a solution. She then humbly asked me to stick around for the night shift and guard the office, to which I happily obliged as the hardworking, proactive person that I am. Rita said she could not make it back to campus, and even thanked me for my willingness to help.
In essence, I single-handedly protected the office from theft due to Rita Usaga’s extreme negligence. On Friday June 7th, during a scheduled evaluation I had with Paola Riccio, I made this incident known to her in detail. Just one hour after I disclosed Rita Usaga’s potentially catastrophic mistake, I was fired by Rita and Sowjanya. I don’t find that to be a coincidence. I find that to be a direct, transparent act of retaliation against an honest employee that averted disaster for the company. Rita fired me in order to save face, and she presented my cell phone use as grounds for firing.
It is unbecoming of a manager such as Rita with decades of experience to leave a campus abandoned, and it is further unbecoming of her to retaliate against the person who saved her skin. I expect a written response from someone with regard to this incident containing an explanation, an apology, an outline of the disciplinary action to be taken against Rita, or preferably all of the above. The only things I truly seek by contacting you are answers to explain this puzzling situation.
I have significant documentation of the events, and I will firmly remind you that it is a violation of Florida law for an employer to terminate an employee as retaliation for good faith disclosure of discrimination, harassment, violations of the law, or refusal to comply with unlawful directives. Zoilo Nieto has a long history of lawsuits, and I potentially have grounds for one more.
I am entirely within my rights to use the public, the press, and social media to divulge this information because it is in the public interest to know how poorly Zoni Language Centers handles sensitive information and documents such that they would leave them in an unlocked office overnight. My decision to disclose this information depends greatly, but not entirely, upon any clarification you can provide.
In layman’s terms: I’ve told everyone possible about the incident and will continue to do so until I hear back from you because the public has a right to know about this. So write me a nice apology and make it good.
Thank you!
Tyler

Pior investimento
