Definitely the best place to study Russian!

I spent the last three months studying and working as a "Blogger - Editorial Assistant" at Liden & Denz, in St. Petersburg. It has been the greatest experience of my life and, so far, I couldn't recommend you a better place to study Russian and improve your skills. Despite having already studied Russian at University, I noticed an incomparable improvement studying at Liden & Denz. Everything works perfectly: the teachers are so professional, capable and kind, the facilities are modern and the atmosphere is positive. Moreover, even the working experience has been amazing: since the very first day, I've felt like I belonged to a great team and a big family and I've really improved my working skills.

Best Language Lessons you will get!

If you happen to study Russian at a university in your home country, you can probably relate to the problem of understanding quite a lot, but not being able to speak freely, because you are missing vocabulary and phrases for mastering everyday life. This was basically my situation, when I came to St. Petersburg. Now, after 10 weeks of speaking, writing, reading, etc., I finally feel not only able to speak but also comfortable with speaking Russian. I want to use this moment to thank my teacher Olga, who taught me so much and -by the way- has a great sense of humor!

Great time, great experience & great memories!

I spent the last three months in Saint Petersburg and worked as an intern at Liden & Denz. I absolved an internship as a "Blogger/Editorial Assistant" there. Being able to gain work experience and to improve your Russian language skills is simply priceless! I am very thankful for this amazing time and for the experiences I made! Liden & Denz is really a high-quality and well-organized language institute, which I would recommend to everyone!

Great experiences in an amazing City!

Priwjet everybody! My name is Daniela Danzinger and I was the "Social Media Content Assistant" at Liden & Denz for the last 3 months. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to join the language course in the morning with Olga! I'm so happy that I had the chance for this unforgettable experience here in Russia! I met so many great people from all over the world and I really could improve my russian skills! Thank you for everything! :-)

Liden & Denz St. Petersburg

I took a four-week long Russian course at Aiden & Denz St. Petersburg and would definitely recommend it. The course involved four hours of class every morning, taught entirely in Russian, no English allowed. I found that I improved incomparably faster here than I did studying Russian at home, my confidence in speaking particularly grew, and it was great to have the opportunity to consolidate everything I learnt in the classroom by speaking Russian in the afternoons and evenings as well. The teachers were well-organized and the classes just the right size. Above all, it was a really enjoyable month - I wish I could have stayed longer, in fact.

A pleasant stay)

Liden & Denz is a very modern and well-managed language school, which helped me a lot to boost my Russian skills. My teacher Olga was always energised and motivated and made the six weeks of lessons go by quickly. Thank you also to the team, which always helped me with any questions or requests.

Отличная языковая школа!

Last month I came to study Russian at the Liden and Denz language school in St. Petersburg and have been thoroughly impressed by the high standard of teaching and organization at the school. Each day I had four academic hours of lessons, split between grammar and conversation. What I particularly appreciated was that the lessons are designed to help you expand your lexicon whilst tackling new grammatical concepts. I also really enjoyed participating in the cultural activities organized by the school, especially the trip to Novgorod.

Study Russian in Russia

I very well-pleased to have chosen Liden and Denz to learn Russian. I've already studied Russian before at the university but at the school I had the chance to immerse myself completely into the language. The standard course was already enough to improve my level and with little effort I increased a lot during these months. The teachers are all well prepared and able to make their lessons interactive and interesting. They dedicated a lot of time to grammar and speaking that was what I was interested in improving. The school is really well located in the city centre, ten minutes walk from Gostiny Dvor. The building is brand new and bright and it's surrounded by theatres and nice restaurants and bar. The staff is very kind and helpful and the school is active in social media. They have a student blog which provide useful information about Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Riga or Russia in general and they organize weekly excursions in and around Saint Petersburg.

My first Russian experience

For 5 weeks I had the opportunity to work for Liden & Denz as a Social Media Assistant. At the end I can clearly say that it was a great time. My colleagues always had time for me and were happy to answer all my question.

Furthermore I attended a Russian Group course. The teachers there are really dedicated and the enviroment could not be better. They spoke only Russian the whole time. Quite tough at first but I made so fast progress!

Un'esperienza davvero utile!

E' già un mese che studio russo presso la scuola Liden&Denz di San Pietroburgo... e ora posso dire con certezza di aver fatto la scelta giusta!
La città è meravigliosa, il tempo è stato anche abbastanza clemente con me, il grande e temuto freddo non si è neanche fatto sentire così tanto e ho potuto girare bene la città e fare la turista, approfittando degli sconti della carta dello studente ISIC ricevuta dalla scuola e visitando molto di quelllo che Piter ha da offrire! Le lezioni, infatti, sono tutti i giorni, ma solo al mattino, mentre al pomeriggio/sera ho avuto sempre il tempo libero o per partecipare al programma di escursioni proposto dalla scuola, o per andare in giro da sola, con i miei nuovi amici e compagni di corso. La posizione della scuola infatti, è centralissima, e molto vicino alla metro, e quindi molto comoda per raggiungere praticamente in pochi minuti qualsiasi cosa a San Pietroburgo.

Le lezioni sono state per me utilissime - sono partita da un livello della lingua già abbastanza buono, ma grazie alla struttura del corso suddiviso in una parte grammaticale e una di conversazione, sono riuscita a migliorare notevolmente il mio russo, senza mai annoiarmi e anzi trovando sempre interessanti punti di discussione con gli insegnanti e i compagni di corso.

Inoltre, io mi sono affidata alla scuola anche per la scelta della sistemazione: io ho preferito il "shared-flat", ossia l'appartamento condiviso con altri studenti della scuola Liden&Denz. Anche di questa scelta sono molto soddisfatta in quanto mi ha permesso di avere l'indipendenza che desideravo (l'idea di stare in famiglia e di comunque dover rendere conto alla mia nuova "mamma" non mi convinceva) e allo stesso tempo di essere a stretto contatto con altri studenti della scuola con i quali ho potuto parlare russo anche al di fuori delle lezioni.

Insomma, è stata davvero un'esperienza molto utile, che consiglio a tutti quelli che, come me, sono interessati alla Russia e alla lingua e vogliono immergersi completamente nella cultura russa!
