Business English – negotiations
Negotiation is a dialogue between two or more parties (people) with the intention to reach an outcome, which is beneficial for both parties. Negotiations are a resolution of a conflict, where two parties have different and/or conflicting wants or needs.
You can negotiate to get a promotion or raise, negotiate to decide on an investment or project, negotiate with clients to make a sale.
