What is the CU-TFL exactly?
The text is designed by the Sirindhorn Thai Language Institute to evaluate the language proficiency in speaking, reading, listening and writing in Thai.
Who should take the CU-TFL test?
The test is created for non-native Thai speakers who would like to have a certificate that proves their language skills. The test also helps to fulfill the admission requirements as outlined by the Thai education institutions or to evaluate your skills for personal inprovement and interest.
In addition, every test applicant can choose between an integrated skills or a skills-specific assessment test.
What does it cost?
Every part of test has it own price:
Reading: 500 TH baht (~ 15 USD)
Listening: 500 TH baht (~ 15 USD)
Writing: 500 TH baht (~ 15 USD)
Speaking: 1500 TH baht (~ 45 USD)
When is the test?
The test isn’t be held on a regularly basis. So if you want to take part, you have to contact the Sirindhorn Thai Language Institute to ask for the next test date.
