Learn English at ESTL English Language School where we run English courses for adults all year round. Our General English classes range from beginner to advanced level and our FCE, CAE and IELTS preparation courses give you all the required skills and knowledge to pass your English examinations.
We are based in the North London borough of Haringey, near Turnpike Lane Underground Station on Piccadilly Line, minutes away from Wood Green Shopping Centre and just a short journey away from the popular residential areas of Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Alexandra Park.

Weekly Hours: General 15-25 hrs/wk, Intensive 25+ hrs/wk
The General English Course involves 3 hours per day, 5 days a week, of teacher guided tuition. It is designed to develop/improve all language skills : listening, speaking, reading and writing, with a balance of language structure (grammar) and practical usage. This course is offered at all levels. It aims to increase learners' confidence in communicating effectively in English, while ensuring that classes are fun and course material relevant to learners experience in the UK.

Additional classes for students who want to improve their communication skills or require extra practice in speaking. Ideal opportunity to use acquired language in a variety of every day contexts, both formal and informal, as well as chance to master different forms of spoken interaction, such as : presentations, debates, discussion, interviews and conversation.The classes cover wide range of topics and vocabulary giving an excellent opportunity to practise and improve spoken English in a friendly atmosphere.

IELTS Exam Preparation
IELTS course is an exam preparation course designed to provide students with practice and overall improvement in all the language areas required to pass the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Students study in small groups where they are guided towards improved test-taking strategies. Practice tests feature regularly throughout the course, as does homework, and the course aims to increase a candidate's score by 1.0 overall in 60 hours of tuition.
FCE/CAE Exam Preparation
The FCE/CAE exam preparation courses are focused on thorough preparation for the internationally recognised Cambridge ESOL exams. The classes deal with all the exam sections: Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening and Use of English, providing students with complete set of skills essential for passing the exam.The full time course also helps improve learners' language competence to facilitate progress at university courses, advance in career pursuits at workplace or gain communicative fluency and confidence in everyday life situations.
