TANDEM Hamburg, founded in 1985, offers German language courses right in the heart of Hamburg, between its old town, the new town and its youngest city quarter, the 'Harbourcity'. We are surrounded by water, right on the edge of a canal and just a stone's throw from the river Elbe and major Hamburg city attractions such as the Landungsbrücken, the town hall, the Reeperbahn, historic 'Speicherstadt' and more. We run Standard and Intensive Courses with a variety of options with regards to duration, intensity and special training needs, as well as Evening Classes all year through, accompanied by a cultural programme and - a TANDEM partner exchange, a fantastic method to increase your skills. If you intend to work or study in Germany it may interest you that we are an accredited examination centre for both the TestDaF and the European Language Certificates (TELC).
