About State University of New York - New Paltz, The Haggerty English Language Program
The Haggerty English Language Program offers language instruction to non-native English speakers who have completed high school. Our program is an intensive language program with four levels of instruction, with classes beginning in late August, late January, and July.
The program is a part of the State University of New York at New Paltz, so our students enjoy all the privileges available to all the university students on campus.
Students accepted into a degree program in the top two levels can take an academic class at SUNY New Paltz along with their ESL courses. Conditional admission is also available to SUNY New Paltz.
