About Richard Language College

Richard Language College is one of Bournemouth’s oldest and most respected language schools. We are a friendly, professionally run language college in the beautiful English county of Dorset. We are recognised by the British Council and EAQUALS – the European quality assurance organisation for EFL schools. All our courses are taught by qualified EFL teachers who put the needs of the learner first. A wide range of group classes are available all year round with enrolment any Monday. In addition to General English we offer Business English, Teacher Refresher courses, IELTS and other exam courses, Over 45, English for Specific Purposes, as well as individually tailored One to One courses. We organise closed group courses which can take place at any time of year and can be tailored to the needs of a specific group. During the summer and school holidays we have programmes suitable for younger learners. High quality host family accommodation is available to enhance the student’s stay as this will provide the opportunity to use the language learned in an informal setting as well as provide the cultural experience of living with an English family. A full social programme is also organised by Richard Language College to enable students to experience at first hand the cultural heritage and traditions Britain has.
