About Philinter Education Center

Philinter Center for English Language was established in 2003 and prides itself on offering a safe, friendly environment for its students. We are located in Cebu, Philippines which proves to be very popular with students who are interested in learning to dive, go island hopping, simply visit the many shopping malls in the area or (in some cases) learn to fly at one of the local flight schools. It also gives them a chance to learn about another culture and become more involved in the Philippines by eating local food, meeting local people, going to the various festivals that are regularly held here and so on. At any one time we teach between 100 – 150 students with students coming mainly from Korea and 10% to 20% from Japan. Students stay on campus and are provided with three meals per day. Many of our students stay for 3 months or longer and benefit greatly from our courses. We offer both general and academic courses and (as mentioned) have dormitories as well as cafeteria facilities and study/computer areas for students.
