INTERCULTURA COSTA RICA Spanish Schools
About INTERCULTURA COSTA RICA Spanish Schools
Intercultura Costa Rica is a Spanish Immersion School with two campuses in Costa Rica, one right next to the beach in the small beachtown of Samara at the Northern Pacific coast and one in the city of Heredia, surrounded by mountains. At both campus locations we offer Spanish courses for all ages, nationalities and Spanish levels. Students can choose to stay with our trusted homestay families which gives them an extra Spanish practice opportunity. All of our Spanish programs include free cultural activities for all of our students, and weekend excursions (extra charge) to great and popular destinations throughout the country.

studied General SpanishLoved my experience at Intercultura
I took one week of Spanish classes at Intercultura in Samara and loved my experience. The teachers really made sure to find you the right level. Because my level was not that basic but not yet intermediate, they decided to make a new class for me with another student so it was very accommodating. The teachers were excellent and made the time go by so fast. I signed up to stay with a host family who rented out bikes to us so that we can explore the area after class. Our host mom kept the house very clean and organized. The school also had free cultural activities such as cooking class and dance lessons. Yoga by the beach was really relaxing. My experience in Costa Rica was definitely enriched by coming to Intercultura first to learn more of the language and culture. I felt very safe and fell in love with the country's beauty and people. I highly recommend this experience!
