Established in 1984, the Hamilton School of English provides an unparalleled selection of English language, sporting and cultural courses for juniors, spread across Scotland’s most vibrant cities.
From our international summer schools in Edinburgh and Stirling, the Hamilton School combines high quality English language tuition with the opportunity to enjoy the very best that Edinburgh, Stirling, Glasgow and Scotland have to offer. Our tailored group programmes offer school and other groups the chance to combine learning English in Edinburgh with activities and trips of their choice.

The following destinations for "Young Learner English Language Summer Programme" are available:
- Edinburgh: Our international summer school, based at Napier University's Craiglockhart Campus has been providing English language courses to 11 -17 year-olds in Edinburgh for more than 30 years.
- Stirling: Our Young Learner Summer Programme for 11-17 year-olds, which is based at the campus of Stirling University, combines first-rate English language tuition with full-board accommodation and a wealth of holiday activities, including regular sightseeing trips.
The campus provides a scenic and secure environment for students and offers a wide range of facilities on their doorstep. We welcome bookings from both groups and individuals
- Glasgow: Group study programmes are operated from our premises close to the shopping hub of Sauchiehall Street, in the very heart of the city and very well served by public transport. Study programmes are specifically designed with flexibility in mind, while our first-class facilities provide a relaxed and friendly learning environment for students - with our experienced staff close at hand to offer any assistance required throughout the duration of your time with us.
