I'm disappointed and disgusted about the lack of professionalism in this school. I had to leave in a hurry because of the pandemic and as mentioned in their general conditions, they promised me a refund of my accommodation. I have been sending many emails since March (9 months ago!) but I never heard them back.
I strongly advise you against this school. They turn a deaf ear, and it is just unacceptable for them to treat anyone like that.

studied English Academic preparationGE course + IELTS course + IELTS exam
I spent more than 6 months in Frances King in 2014. Definitely the best experience ever. After my degree in Italy I came to London to improve my English, I started with a General English course and I moved later to an IELTS examination preparation course. In all this period I met a lot of people, students, teachers, staffs from Frances King and hundreds of people around London. I achieved the IELTS score I needed thanks to the course I had, the teacher (Ainsley) was really great and he supported all the students in the class from the first to the last day giving us important tips that I used during the exam. The school is located in west-London in a very well linked position, easy to reach with public transport or by walking if you book the accommodation with them.
The best part isn't arrived yet, thanks to this experience now I have a lot of friends all around the world that I hope one day to visit :) :)

studied General EnglishJoin Frances King!
I started the English course and the internship in September 2015. The school is in the city centre, 10 minutes walk from the NHM. The classes are interesting and innovative and it's really formative to share lessons with people from all over the world. I'm taking the part-time Evening course three times a week and It's perfect if you work during the day and you need to improve the language. All the staff is nice and helpful to make this experience unique. Don't read more, just try one of the FK courses!

studied General EnglishImproving my English but also my world perspective
Studying English in Frances King was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. With such a welcoming environment, I was able to broaden my vocabulary range, as well as enhance my language skills and become more fluent in a fun and soft way - without putting strain on my shoulders. In addition, studying with many different nationalities and consequently cultural aspects was an amazing experience; I've become a global citizen with an open-mind. It certainly is a memory I'll cherish for the rest of my life.

I like all courses in school. The courses are very useful for everyday communications in UK. But I hope school can provide more variety of activity programmes. Seems too many duplicate activity programmes on different months.
