ACET is a family run school with 40 years experience. We
have gained a reputation as a market leader in EFL in Ireland. Our centre is located in an elegant & stylish building in the

We offer a
wide range of courses and programmes including General English, Business
English, Examination Preparation (Cambridge, TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS), Executive
English for Professionals, Home Tuition Programmes, Comenius funded Teacher Training (TKT, CLIL,
Refresher), English for Special Purposes, Individual courses, Family Programmes, Junior Summer Programmes as well as
student ministay groups and High School Programmes.
We are the authorised Cambridge ESOL examination centre in Cork, offering the
FCE, CAE, CPE and BULATS examinations. We are also an official TOEIC testing centre.
We pride
ourselves on providing courses and services of the highest standard to our
clients. Our teaching and administrative staff ensure a
welcoming and friendly atmosphere and are proud of the individual care and

I went to Cork a month ago to attend an English course at ACET with the idea of improving my language skills and focusing on business terminology. Guess what? It was great! Teachers are all very well-prepared, the organisation is perfect and the personnel is simply great! I would INDEED recommend this school to students and workers willing to become advanced English speakers ;)

This school was recommended to me by an agency in France. It is my last week and i am so sad. i made wonderful friends from different countries. Acet is run by a couple and their daughter and the staff and the students seem to be part of a big family. I learnt so much because my teachers Olivia and Kevin have been so patient with me. My Irish mum - Bernie - is a good cook ( lots of potatoes) and talk to me in the evenings.
Thank you everybody for making my stay in Cork so great.

It's a wonderful school with high human quality.
There isn't any school better to improve your English in Cork.
The staff is very helpfully, welcoming and friendly. Teacher's are well prepared to teach you and their lessons are dinamic and useful.

I stay in cork for 4 weeks , the first week i studied inglés in the academy, people is very friendly . The teachers are very nice , they try to help you out and they also try to make your progress every day.It is a nice expirence and people too.I recommend ti to everyone.

I'm Gerard Lopez. I'm 22 I'm from Barcelona and this is my first experience studying abroad. This is my simple opinion.
My first impression of the city was like arriving at the scene of a film, homes, streets, neighbourhoods, and as not raining all day, but this Is much what makes this a magical town.
ACET School was easy to find because my family showed me their location but is actually located in the city centre.
Students at ACET will be friends for life.
