About Centro Studi Italiani Urbania

Founded in 1986, Centro Studi Italiani is the first school for foreigners in the Marche Region and one of the most respected institutions of its type in the world. Ever since its foundation, the school has provided Italian language and culture classes to more than 15,000 students from all over the world.

Centro Studi Italiani offers all levels of Italian courses for every student, from grammar and conversation classes for the absolute beginner to literature courses for the extremely advanced. The programs are therefore flexible, adaptable, varied, rich and unique. Classes are intentionally small to allow students to best relate to each other while enjoying personalized and individual attention from faculty.

Centro Studi Italiani has gained an international reputation with its preparatory language courses for students wishing to access higher education in Italy.

Each week the school organizes cultural excursions to exquisite destinations of high artistic interest and natural beauty around Italy (Urbino, Gubbio, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Verona, Venice etc).

Housing is available in comfortable fully furnished apartments or with host families.

Classes are for students of all ages, at all different levels of Italian, who wish to understand, speak, read and write the Italian language correctly. In order to reach this aim, we guarantee each student individual attention. Classes are small and there are special review sessions on Saturday mornings. During our many years of experience, we have found the best weekly combination of varied and interesting classes in Italian language, conversation and culture. Italian culture classes are included in course fees.
