studied General Englishthe BEST school, the BEST choice
I have been at CSLI almost 7 months. Before I came here, I don't have any friends to know people. But for 7 months in CSLI, I met around 300 friends. Of course my many friends went back their country, but we still keep in touch each other.
CSLI is easy place to meet new friends because the school is only one floor. So if you come out of your classroon on breaktime and lunchtime, you can meet every student for 2 weeks to one month.
Forthermore, CSLI has many school activities. For example first, every Monday morning class break time, we have a break time game. This game makes us should talk other students.
Second, every Thursday we have a them night (country night). After school, we go to the county restaurant with many friends and eat together. This country night change every week.
Last, every Friday is a free activity day. We can enjoy Vancouver with your friends and also you can meet many new friends on every Friday.
In conclusion, you want to meet and enjoy your Vancouver life, I recommend this CSLI school.

studied English Academic preparationPathway program
When I arrived at CSLI I could tell about my goals and this fact was essential in my student life. I started in intermediate level in Conversation and Academic class, and after 3 months I started in Pathway for more 3 months.
During my period as a student in this program I could learn and develop different skills such as reading and interpretation of academic texts. Besides that we not only discuss about interesting topics but also we elaborate some presentations in class. For sure, this was really important for me to acquire more confidence. Alla is an exceptional teacher.
Nowadays, I can suggest the school because thanks to them I am able to go to College.
Thanks to all the staff and teachers at CSLI for give me skills that I needed to follow my way.

studied General Englishreview of CSLI
I spent 6 weeks in Vancouver in the CSLI. It was one of my best experience in my life. Despite of Vancouver, the Canadian and the homestay, is CSLI on of the reasons.
On your first day you will enter in the school and the staff will be waiting for you (don’t be surprised, they will know your names ). Then some students will show you the whole school. After that you can start already with your classes. They have many different kind of classes, for example vocabulary, writing, listening, conversation, reading, academic and preparation classes if you want to do a IELTS. Specially the conversation class I really liked to debate with other cultures.
Each Friday you have the possibility to do many different activities. For example, you can visit Whistler, Deep cove, Van Dusen Garden, sports (hiking, swimming, canoeing, playing soccer etc.) or as well some classes. Always the last Friday of the months there is a huge graduation party where you receive your diploma. This party is always on different place, mine was on a boat. All of this activities are for free. For me it was always a highlight do explore Vancouver and British Columbia with many friends of the whole school. As well I really liked my graduation party because you can see all your friends and your teachers again to see them goodbye.
In the school they are as well Volunteers, who are the connection between students and the teachers and the staff. Volunteers are as well students who stay there for some months.
Don’t hesitate, choose CSLI, you won’t regret it. I’m so happy, that I had the possibility to visit CSLI.

studied English Academic preparationCSLI IELTS Class
IELTS preparation Class is really helpful if you Want to apply for IELTS exam, it is a great way to practice your skills everyday and test yourself. You improve your timing in solving exercises and abilities of reading, speaking, listening and writing. Cynthia is such a great teacher who focus on your lower skills and advice you in the best way to improve them. She also gives you techniques and recommends you IELTS blog, which is a good way to get more information about the exam outside your school hours. I'm so happy I joined this class and I'm looking forward to come back to CSLI and leave this incredible summer and academic experience again!
