The
Comillas Foundation has developed a complete range of language and culture
courses taught in a context of immersion, according to the levels of reference
of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Our
students have the option of combining Spanish courses with one of the programs
from the Classroom Without Walls.

DELE (Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language) is the
only official qualification with permanent validity, internationally
recognized, accrediting the level of Spanish. Earning this diploma will help
your admission into university programs along with scholarships and jobs, while
facilitating travel in academics and a professional career. The Comillas
Foundation, a centre accredited by the Cervantes Institute as a Spanish as a
Second Language DELE examination centre, offers specific courses for preparing these
tests.
WHO ARE THESE COURSES FOR?
Our courses are aimed at foreign students that need to
prepare for their DELE exams and/or want to take the exam on 18 July (levels
B1, B2 or C1).
COURSE FORMAT
The Comillas Foundation organizes 3-week courses (60
hours) for small groups (maximum of 8 students), with the aim of offering
personalized attention and for our students to score as high as possible on the
exams.

has developed a highly specialized program for teaching of Spanish for Specific
Purposes, the purpose of which is to prepare students in the linguistic and
intercultural fields through immersion.

are intended for graduate and post-graduate students and professors and
researchers who need to be competent in Spanish within the world of academics.

Our courses
consist of a combination of traditional classes, participation in a variety of
academic and university activities, virtual classes and personalized virtual
tutoring. These phases can be attended independently, whereby students can
prepare only virtual contents or only traditional contents, as they wish.

OBJECTIVE
OF THE COURSES
Our goal is
for students to attain sufficient mastery of the Spanish academic language to
be able to interact successfully within university and research settings.
Therefore, tools will be developed for the proper use of oral and written texts
that are appropriate for academic communication: Monographs, presentations,
exams and articles, among others.

CIESE-Comillas presenta una oferta formativa para los docentes de español no
nativos que se adapta a las necesidades específicas del aula de ELE en la
actualidad. Gracias a estos programas, el docente podrá experimentar nuevas
herramientas o soluciones metodológicas, así como ampliar sus conocimientos
culturales o lingüísticos en un contexto de inmersión.

QUIÉNES VAN DIRIGIDOS NUESTROS CURSOS?
Nuestros
cursos están dirigidos a profesionales de la enseñanza de ELE no
hispanohablantes que estén trabajando o quieran trabajar en el campo de la

CARACTERÍSTICAS
DE LOS CURSOS
La
duración de los cursos es de una semana; cada programa consta de entre 20 y 26
horas de clase, que tendrán lugar de lunes a viernes en horario de mañana y/o
tarde.
OBJETIVO
DE LOS CURSOS
Algunos
de los principales objetivos son:
Mejorar
las competencias lingüísticas y las destrezas comunicativas en español
aplicables a su desarrollo profesional.
Adquirir
conocimientos y experiencias culturales –en el campo de la Historia, la
Geografía, la Literatura o el Arte- que le permitan abrirse a otra visión del
mundo y acceder, así, a la dimensión intercultural del curso.
Experimentar
nuevas metodologías y herramientas didácticas que ayuden a los participantes a
desarrollar sus destrezas profesionales.
AULA SIN
PAREDES
Las
sesiones de la mañana estarán destinadas al desarrollo de la competencia
lingüística, comunicativa y cultural, mientras que las de la tarde y/o el fin
de semana estarán dedicadas al programa Aula sin paredes.
El
programa Aula sin paredes ha sido diseñado para servir de enlace entre los
contenidos recibidos en el aula convencional y la experimentación práctica y
real, en el entorno más inmediato, de los contenidos interculturales.
Como se
trata de un curso de inmersión, se desarrollarán actividades tanto dentro como
fuera del aula a través de este programa. Los contenidos de ambas estarán
perfectamente engarzados y relacionados, y serán tratados de forma sistemática.
Cada actividad estará guiada por una intención y contará con el material
adecuado.
