We welcome students from over 70 that want to study for one week or much longer stays, that are 16 years old and older, with no language requirements, all year long.
The school is located on the famous Place de la Comédie in the heart of Montpellier and we offer individualized follow ups before and during your stay.

Accent Français offers a rigorous programme for students preparing for official examinations, such as the DELF, DALF, TCF, A-level, Irish Leaving Certificate, Chamber of Commerce tests, etc..
You will join a group of three at the most, three times a week, in order to prepare for the test you wish to take. The other students will have the same level as you and will be preparing for the same test.
Our French & Exam Preparation Course includes 26 lessons of French per week:
- Our Standard course (20 lessons)
- 6 lessons of exam preparation (3 session of 1,5 hours)
For these lessons, you will join a small group of students preparing for the same exam (three students maximum).
Age requirement: 16+

I've had a French class as a beginner for a month in Accent Français.
It was such a good experience in my life. The city is beautiful and safe.
And the course was really fun and the teachers were really kind and patient.
There were many school activities every day that I could choose such as tasting local food, cine club, and making French cousine. They also provide school excursions on the weekend to such as Arles and Marseille. I really enjoyed my time in Montpellier and I got to make lots of friends in Accent Français. There are so many students from all over the world from 16 to 60s and I was impressed and inspired their enthusiasm. I chose to stay in a student apartment which was spacious and clean; in a safe area and it took only 10 minutes by tram or 30minutes on foot. Many of the students stayed with French host families while I was there; and they told me they really enjoyed French cousine every evening.
If I have a chance to learn French again, I will definitely come back to Accent Français in Montpellier.

I had a really great time in the school, the teachers are very supportive and fun. The school makes you get in contact with so manu people from so many different places, it was one of the best experiences of my life. Also, they have an entertainment schedule wich week, so you can take cooking classes in French, visit the cities there are around Montpellier, and also get to know the culture and history with Jean-Paul, the turist guide of the school, he's the best. I want to say that goind to Accent Français was one of the best experiences I had in my life, when I got there I could only say "bonjour", but after six months I got completely fluent, besides that I made friendships with the teachers and lots of my classmates, friends that will stay forever even now that I'm back to Brazil. I have anlot of admiration for Accents Français' team, you won't regret, if you really want to speak and write good in french that's the place for you :)))

I recommend Accent Français very much for its wide range of courses offered, its perfect location in the city of Montpellier, and its professional staff in particular. All professors I met here are themselves proficient in many languages (several speak and read Japanese fluently) and have expertise not only in teaching French but also in other areas such as adult-training and literature. I appreciate especially the professionalism of all the staff and the welcoming environment.

Accent Français est vraiment une école extraordinaire, mon séjour là-bas a été super. Les professeurs sont gentils, énergiques et professionnels. Les cours sont dynamiques et cherchent le vrai progrès des élèves. Il a été une opportunité pas seulement pour apprendre la langue française mais aussi pour connaître la culture et faire beaucoup des amis! :) Salutations du Mexique.
