It is very important to us to know every single one of our students. Therefore our classes are small and we provide one-on-one tutoring from our highly professional teachers! It is our goal that our students improve rapidly with the help of our supportive teachers and staff.

Half-Half Program
ELCI students with sufficient TOEFL or IELTS scores can participate in the Half-Half Program with Western Oregon University (WOU) and if successful can matriculate into the full-time academic program in the university.

TOEFL Waiver Program
ELCI students who finish Level 4 can attend WOU with the center director’s recommendation letter.

Enter Linn-Benton Community College (LBCC)
ELCI students who meet all of the following requirements can enter LBCC through ELCI:

1. Have completed or are currently enrolled in ELCI Level 4
2. Have a Paper-Based TOEFL score of 475 or higher (Contact us for IELTS requirement)
3. Pass the LBCC Reading Test
4. Show a GPA of 3.0 or higher at the ELCI
5. Maintain at least 80% attendance at the ELCI
