American English Institute offers intensive TOEFL and IELTS Preparation Programs. The TOEFL and IELTS Preparation Programs offer 20 hours of instruction and practice weekly. Programs are offered in 4- and 8-week sessions. Students study each skill tested on the exams, and practice those skills with  real-world test questions to improve their test scores and readiness for the exams.

AEI's Intensive English Program is designed to prepare students for entry to a U.S. high school, college, or university. We offer 20 hours of instruction per week in grammar, reading, writing, and speaking and listening classes. The benefits of our program are:

AEI's Skype sessions offer the flexibility of studying from anywhere in the world! Our Skype sessions allow students to focus on one particular skill such as TOEFL or IELTS exam preparation, or improve general English skills, or focus on a weak skill to improve it quickly.

Our Summer Youth English Adventure Programs give students the opportunity to study 15-20 hours of English per week with activities scheduled each day to explore Southern California.

Weekend trips to Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Sea World are also planned.

Students live double occupancy with American host families.
