This course is thought for students with a A2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and it is designed for professionals learning Romanian for business, marketing and industry purposes.
Content : Business correspondence, writing a CV and business letters, job interviews, commercial mailing, typology of banking and finances, marketing and advertisement vocabulary.

Description : The course is developed via Skype, chat and email with professional teachers that are Romanian native speakers.
Course structure : The aspects covered by the online courses are: pronunciation, dialogues, conversation, vocabulary, grammar, exercises.
The teacher listens to you and corrects your pronunciation. The pronunciation is even more important than the grammar. This is why an online course via voice chat is more important than a course of type "teach yourself". The teacher gives you feedback anytime it is necessary.
Being a private course, you can fulfill all your specific requests including a thorough plan for getting a certain level of Romanian. You can establish this plan together with your assigned teacher.
Teaching material is sent electronically.
The schedule is flexible according to your preferences. We try to fit the proposed schedule and mutually agree on it. The course starts anytime you want, it can end anytime you decide and can continue as much as you like. The minimum time per session is 1 (one) hour but we recommend 1.5 or 2 hours per session.
Price : 19 euros / hour (no registration fee, all taxes included, course materials included). One teaching hour has 60 minutes.

The private courses are now available at your headquarters in the following cities: Bucharest, Brasov, Constanta, Cluj, Iasi, Ploiesti, Sibiu, Timisoara.
The private course is particularly suitable for busy people or for the students with particular language requirements.
The advantage of a private course is the flexibility regarding the schedule and the course curricula adapted to the student's needs.
The aspects covered by the private courses are: pronunciation, dialogues, conversation, vocabulary, grammar, exercises. You can fulfill all your specific requests including a thorough plan for getting a certain level and you can establish this plan together with your assigned teacher.

The course starts anytime you want, it can end anytime you decide and can continue as much as you like. The minimum time per session is 1 (one) hour but we strongly recommend 2 hours per session.

Immersion course is a bath in the ocean: only Romanian is allowed.
All course levels are offered from A1 to advanced courses.The course is based on conversation and it takes place in a non-academic, non-formal and relaxed environment. The main goal of this program is to help students to increase confidence in their ability to use the Romanian language in a wide range of life situations and to improve the students' oral skills.
Content : Conversation based on daily topics with focus on the students' interests, audio and video materials, practice sessions including role playing in both everyday and professional situations.

Specialized course: Romanian for tourism
Duration: 3 days, 10 hours
On Wednesdays (3.5 hours / day) : 9:30 – 13:00 and 17:00 – 20:30
On Thursdays (3.5 hours / day): 9:30 – 13:00 and 17:00 – 20:30
On Fridays (3 hours / day): 9:30 – 12:30 and 17:30 – 20:30

Content : Vocabulary related to hotels, accommodations and meals, asking for information, tourist information offices and services, travel agencies, complains related to accommodation and tourist services.

Duration: 3 days, 10 hours

This course is thought for students with a B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Content :The course is structured around useful topics for the citizenship exam: Romanian Constitution, Romanian Government and Parliament, administrative and territorial division of Romania, citizens' rights, Romanian regions and cities, rivers, lakes, Romanian history (independence, former kings and political leaders, first and second word war), Romanian writers, musicians, composers, and scientists.

ROLANG School organizes the 5th edition of the summer school on Romanian language between 27th of July - 7th of August 2015, in the city of Sibiu in association with the Journalism Faculty of "Lucian Blaga" University, Sibiu.
The program includes morning activities (30 hours of class courses) and afternoon activities (8 hours of immersion courses, museum visits, film screenings, guided tour of Sibiu city center).
Morning activities: Language courses :
The language program includes 30 hours of Romanian language for beginner, intermediate and advanced level.
Class course schedule: 3 hours / day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Courses location: Faculty of Journalism, “Lucian Blaga” University, 3 Brutarilor Street, Sibiu.
The minimum number of students for each group is 5 with a maximum of 10.
Afternoon activities :
-immersion courses: twice a week, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm;
-guided tour of Sibiu city center (English speaking guide);
-museum visits (English speaking guide): once a week, from 3:00 pm;
-film screenings (English subtitles): once a week, from 3:00 pm.

The course curricula is adapted to the students, with favorite topics arranged around the student's interests. The teaching method is based on communication. Conversations and communication activities alternates with comprehension, vocabulary and grammar exercises.

The instructors are PhD holders, authors of Romanian manuals for foreigners and University of Bucharest teachers.

At the end of the course, the students will give a test and will receive a certificate proving their level of Romanian language.

There are two types of fee, according to the package you would like to book:
1) Morning activities: 230 euros.
The package includes: 30 hours of class courses, final test, language certificate.
2) Morning + afternoon activities: 295 euros
The package includes: 30 hours of class courses, final test, language certificate, 8 hours of immersion courses, guided tour of Sibiu city centre, museum visits, film screenings.

The "Learn Romanian" package (manual, exercise book, USB flash card) will be paid separately. We will post all the info about the price once the books are available.
