Study English in Malta
Classes are in small groups with an average class size of six learners and a maximum of eight, to make the most of teacher-student interaction and the opportunity to practice speaking. Lessons based on everyday topics focus on the four language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing), developing fluency and skills and confidence in English grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

Our Examination Preparation Course consists of two modules: (a) the Intensive General English Course of 20 lessons of 45 minutes each per week and (b) the Exam Preparation module of 10 lessons of 45 minutes per week.
The Exam Preparation module prepares the learner in the skills needed to successfully undertake the Cambridge or IELTS examinations and the working out of past examination papers under supervision such that the learner builds confidence in taking the test.

Our One-to-One Absorption course is the most intensive of courses available with the trainer giving the learner full, focused attention and customising the lessons to the specific requirements of the learner. With one-to-one tuition, the learner has the undivided attention of the teacher and full command of the type of lesson and study material. Lesson time and location is also flexible and is held at the learner’s requirement.
This unique and personal programme allows the learner to set the pace and choose the topics in a one-to-one session with experienced NSTS tutors. Lesson plans can be tailored to address particular language needs, like grammar, vocabulary, report writing, pronunciation and public speaking, as well as focus on language for the learner’s social setting and specific professional needs.
