Laboling offers Italian language and culture courses in Milazzo, Sicily since 1994. Laboling is a member of ASILS (Association of schools of Italian as a second language) and is recognised by the Italian Ministry of Education.
Milazzo is located on a narrow peninsula facing the Aeolian Islands. City life here is truly Italian, as Milazzo is far away from mass tourism. It has easy access to all the tourist attractions and historical sites in Sicily which makes it an ideal location for the discerning language student.
The school is situated in the town centre, within walking distance from the historic quarter, the port, the beach, shopping areas, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Our classrooms are bright and air-conditioned.
Courses are available in 6 different levels according to the Common European Reference Framework for Languages.

It’s the ideal course for those who want to learn in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere alongside other students with a range of different nationalities.
We favour the communicative method, but not forgetting the grammar, while concentrating on developing the four main communicative areas, (reading, writing, speaking and listening). The small classes, (5-6 students), allow the teachers to monitor the progress of every single student more easily.

All you need is a Skype account and internet connection and you can speak directly to your teacher.
Each lesson lasts 60 minutes. The days and times of the lessons are set around the needs of the student.

In cooperation with the Università per Stranieri di Siena, Laboling is recognised as a Training Centre for Italian teachers L2/LS.
Training courses are organised during the whole year.
It is also possible to carry out teaching practice in classes of foreign students learning Italian, in order to complete the training to become Italian teacher L2/LS.
