Niveaux: Avancé, Elémentaire, Intermédiaire
Nombre d'étudiants par classe: Grand, 11-20 étudiants, Moyen, 6-10 étudiants
Nombre d'heures hebdomadaires: Général (15-25 h/semaine), Intensif (>25 h/semaine)
This course is designed to help you improve your English and communicate with confidence in any situation.
You will work on your accuracy and fluency across all the skills, whilst learning and using new vocabulary and grammar.
At the end of a period of study of General English, you will:
Be able to understand more of the English around you, both what you see and hear
Be better able to take part in conversations – with confidence in fluency, clarity & accuracy
Have a better knowledge of English grammar, and how to use it
Know how to choose the right word for the right situation
Have a wider vocabulary in English, and be able to use it on familiar topics.

This course is specially designed to help you succeed in an academic environment in Australia. You will learn the vocabulary and language skills associated with the further study in Australia, such as understanding lectures, taking notes, giving presentations and producing reports, as well the importance of referencing, how to paraphrase and avoid plagiarism.
At the end of an EAP course, you will:
Have improved your overall English level
Be better prepared to further study in Australia
Have a better knowledge of English grammar, and how to use it
Have a good understanding of formal and academic English, with a focus on writing.

The Certificate IV in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is a government accredited course that is designed for people to get into English language teaching. Go on to teach English in your country, abroad or even in Australia.
The course is very intensive, and requires you to do a lot of work outside of class as well as in, as you prepare lessons and complete assignments. It places a high emphasis on getting you ready for the classroom, with lots of practical hints and tips.

At the end of a Certificate IV TESOL course, you will:
Be confident in your own abilities in English, and know how to monitor and improve yourself
Be able to plan and deliver effective lessons in English, to a range of groups on a wide range of subjects and skills
Have taught for a minimum of 6 hours, and observed another 14 hours of classes
We also arrange for you to work-shadow a Queensland teacher to experience life in Queensland Government School.
