Brilliant!

I've been taking my students to Whitley Bay from Italy for several years now and my satisfaction and appreciation has become greater and greater. Starting from the homestays, welcoming and patient. Wide range of activities that are fun and exciting. But, most of all the quality of the lessons at NORTHUMBRIA SCHOOL.
My students attended PET & FCE prep. courses and successfully passed with brilliant results. My next plan on the list is to take them back for short stays during the cooler months so they can keep up to standards and keep on improving.
Keep Calm and go to Northumbria School!

Great experience

I spent 2 weeks at the english + surfing course. It was a really great experience and I learned very much. The surfing was great, but also the after school activities and the trips to Newcastle. The lessons were very interesting and I took great advantage of them. Christine is very kind and cares about everybody. It was my second time there and it won´t be the last.
! It was a really great time !

Awesome

I would strongly recommend this fantastic school in the north of England.
My experience was amazing. I met brilliant teachers and lots of new friends from all over the world.
The social programs are really great and truly engaging: Lots of different activites all of which greatly interesting and entertaining.
The actual school is cozy and Christine really cares about each and every student. Sort of a family in the end! :)

Great stay at Northumbria School

We were two families with 5 children altogether coming from Munich and we spent one wonderful week at the school. This was very convenient and nearly like a stay at a family. Christine was always there helping us with everything, giving us advice for excursions and taking care for a wonderful breakfast. This region offers a lot, the beaches are lovely and the people are very nice. The children enjoyed learning in this special setting with wonderful teachers. Even our 7 year old child had fun learning some basics. We really recommend this school, especially for families.Every family member gets his or her own attention such as a personally tailored English course. We surely come back!

Outstanding

I know, it seems like everyone is writing the same review, but there's really nothing else to say about this place. Let me help you end your ruminating over which English school you should choose: GO TO THE NORTHUMBRIA SCHOOL OF ENGLISH
And if you do I promise you fantastic teachers, an amazing town/village (it's small but well connected and let's be honest, who doesn't love a quirky, little place by the sea), just the atmosphere and everything I can't put it into words (I mean I totally could put it very eloquently, since I learned my English from the NORTHUMBRIA SCHOOL OF- you get the idea). Just go there, trust me! If you don't like it you can send me hate mail and I'll give you a refund. (just kidding, please don't do that)
Okay one last time: NORTHUMBRIA SCHOOL OF ENGLISH!
