I wouldn't recommend this course, I cancelled three months in advance of the course starting, and they wouldn't refund me anything. Completely unfair, given it didn't say anywhere it was nonrefundable and I could see the class was not full online.
Went to a previous course there and the teaching was very slow

I studied in Alliance française for around 3 months, everything is ok.
But for school of international students is missing activities to do after class and some trips in the weekend or that can match with schedule that you have.
If you want to change your shift is almost impossible because you need to present somenthing as a excuse.
Apparently everything is managable. However, the most disappointing service is the attention in the place that you are gonna pay, there is a woman who does not have any pacient to try to understand when you are talking french or trying to do something there if it is necessary, the 2 times that I went there she was bad. I can't imagine how is possible that you can have a person like that in a "french school" where everyone are learning and we can't speak as a native.
Teacher are really nice and the education is quite good.

Dear Joselyn,
We are sorry to discover that you did not have the opportunity to participate in our after-class activities or week-end excursions as we generally offer 6 to 8 activities per month and even more in July, August & September. Regarding your schedule request, please note that, in order to offer quality courses, we are committed to welcome maximum 18 students per class (General French course). For this reason, we cannot accept all schedule requests: as many students prefer to attend morning classes (instead of afternoon), morning classes are usually full very early and special requests are handled on a "first come first served” basis. We feel also sorry about your experience with our admin team: it is the first time we receive such a negative feedback and we will make sure it will not happen again.
Wishing you the best,
AFLyon team
