International House Nice offers French language courses that range from Beginner levels to Advanced. The school is conveniently located in the district of "Quartier des Musiciens", 5 minutes from the railway station and only 7 minutes away from the seaside. We have 8 well-equipped air conditioned classrooms to ensure comfort of our students. The majority of students come from North and South America, Europe and Japan. A variety of social activities that we offer helps our students with integrating into French culture and lifestyle.

At our french language school in Nice, this course is very popular as it gives students the possibility to learn French in a great setting, in small groups of maximum 10 students. It focuses on structured oral activities, on aural comprehension and on practical grammar, all of which you will be able to apply immediately to everyday life. A small amount of reading comprehension, writing practice and cross-cultural exercises is incorporated, depending on your level.

For nearly 20 years we have been helping our students to prepare for the DELF (Diplome d'Etudes de Langue Francaise) and the DALF (Diplome Approfondi de Langue Francaise). The exams follow the levels of the Common European Framework.

IH Nice Summer Campus is our new summer residence for teenagers. Located in a serene corner of Nice. The campus houses 80 students and features a cafeteria, numerous classrooms and sports fields.
For more than 10 years our school has welcomed teenagers all year round. They are mainly from Italy, Russia, the USA, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and New Zealand. We give these young people the chance to have direct contact with France and the French people. We use active and dynamic techniques to help these young students to build on their knowledge of French.

This course is designed for primary and secondary school French teachers who want to brush up on their speaking skills and refresh their teaching methods, whilst improving their understanding of modern France. This course follows the European Comenius syllabus and social activities and excursions are included.
