The TAFE International Education Centre (TIEC) is located at TAFE SWSi’s Liverpool College, less than 100 metres from Liverpool bus and train station.
The TIEC is a specialist English language centre for international students who wish to study English in Sydney.
Our centre offers students all the benefits of first class English language teaching in a quality campus environment. Our expert teachers and quality resources help students improve their English language skills and achieve their career goals.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This program is for all students who want to improve their general English proficiency. It includes
General English, English for Further Study and English for Academic Purposes. In the lower levels, students learn basic grammar as well as the skills and confidence to communicate in English. This includes:
• English conversation and pronunciation
• Reading
• Listening
• Writing and computer skills
• Vocabulary and grammar
After completion of the Pre- Intermediate level, students will also study the following:
• Essay writing and assignment preparation
• Seminar presentation skills
• IELTS preparation
COURSE LENGTH: 5 – 50 weeks depending on your English level.
LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced.
