The ABC School of Florence has been teaching Italian Language and Culture to students from all over the world since 1982. In all these years we have improved our offerings to better face the real needs of our students. We offer a wide range of Italian Language courses, amazing offers and interesting extra curricular activities.
The ABC School of Florence carries out research in the field of linguistic and pedagogy according to the "Direct Teaching Method" and takes into account the various existing trends in didactics with a special attention to a solid grammar base. We provide both grammar and conversation lessons.
If you want to stay in Florence for longer period, you are welcome to the ABC School.
At the ABC School courses can last from one week to one year.

Do you want to learn or improve and develop your ability to comunicate well in Italian, in a wide variety of situations, practising the four skills of listening, speaking, writing and reading? Do you want to have free time in the afternoon to enjoy Florence and its beauty? Choose the Standard Group Course.
Do you want to learn Italian and relax in trattoria with your teacher, speking Italian? Choose the Standard Course Plus Lunch. You will have 3 lunches a week in trattoria with a teacher.

The ABC School of Florence is an authorized exam center of A.I.L. (The Italian Language Accademy) and of the University for foreigners of Siena (C.I.L.S. certification). If you want to prepare for an AIL/CILS/CELI exam, the ABC School suggests a Standard Plus Exam preparation Course: the advantages of the Standard Group Course and the benefit of personalized individual lessons in the afternoon focused on the exam.
You can also take 10 extra group lessons a week focused on CILS exam preparation.
