We offer year-round courses for students wishing to take General English, IELTS preparation or Cambridge exam preparation. As well as the standard English courses, we also offer courses in Business English, EAP and bespoke specialist courses such as English for Journalism/Media, Accountancy or Nursing which allow students to improve their English language skills in their specific employment sector.

General English classes will help to develop all aspects of the English language including speaking, pronunciation, listening, reading and writing.
We use the communicative approach and the focus is on improving student’s ability to communicate clearly and effectively. The syllabus used for the lessons is based on textbooks, but the teachers use a variety of materials to make the lessons fun and engaging. In the lessons students will have the opportunity to work with their classmates on projects and in group activities. We encourage pair and group work which will help students develop their communication skills. During class the teacher will monitor each students’ progress - and correct any written and spoken errors quickly.

IELTS
The IELTS exam assesses a student’s ability in communicating in English through listening, reading, writing and speaking. As a result, more than a million tests are taken around the world each year.
Some students take the exam for university entrance, others take it to improve their job prospects. In addition, it is also a recognised qualification for immigration and visa purposes. Insight Study offers a range of exam preparation courses and can also provide additional support to students such as exam bookings, at-home learning materials.
Cambridge Certificates
Cambridge certificates are acknowledged by employers and education institutions throughout the world. The Cambridge Advanced (CAE) and the Cambridge Proficiency (CPE) exams are now recognised by an increasing number of universities in the UK and abroad.

The International English
Language Testing System

Home stay
All of our host families are provided through British Council approved agencies. They thoroughly inspect to a high standard and ensure that the families are vetted and can provide a safe, welcoming place for our students to stay.
Home stay accommodation provides students with an excellent opportunity to improve their English whilst staying in London.
Students are placed in host families on a full board basis, including a continental breakfast, packed lunch and dinner each day.
Whats Included:
3 meals per day / packed lunches provided by the families. Hot lunches are available at an extra charge of £7.50 per day.

Residence:
Staying at a university campus can be an exciting and rewarding experience. Students will be living, studying and travelling around London with fellow students from across the world, giving them opportunity to learn about other cultures, practise their English, exchange cultural information and make friends.
We use university campuses that host home students during the academic year. Accommodation, classrooms and canteen are usually all within walking distance and our staff are always at hand to ensure the students are in a safe and friendly environment.

Nothing to say that I couldn't have found other school in London which helpt me to pass my english exam in Spain as they did. Teachers, secretary and director were helpful, friendly and efficient. I totally recommend this school for all kind of people who want to make a leap forward in their english. I've been studying for three weeks and I can see my improvements. If I had the chance I'd go there again definitely. The atmosphere was great and teachers make their best to make feel you comfortable and, at the same time, attentive. The activities, despite they are free, are totally enjoyable and there are at least one or two a week. I hope this review can be useful to anyone who wants to learn and not to waste his money.
