ILPTP is a new, private, English language and TOEFL preparation academy located in San Diego, CA. We are not accredited and do not issue I-20s. We do have an approval to operate with an exempt status from the state of California. All of our teachers are properly credentialed for higher education. (I did let Matthew and Joanne know of this fact prior to them passing around my info.ICEF would be able to offer to us the kind of partnership we are seeking in terms of recruiting students from abroad and /or dependents of current foreign students living in the states?
