Great Course and incredible experience!

After 3 weeks at MovingOnCourses I feel my english has improved a lot.
This is a very FULL IMMERSION english course ---- 100% English from morning to night. Staying all together in this fantastic guesthouse with the teachers and the students helped me a lot to became more confident with my speaking and learning.

Living there was in general very lovely and frendly, like a Family!! Teachers are all day long with the students so this is a plus to practice english also after the morning's lessons. I'm going to come back for sure!

Expectations fullfilled... and even more

Before deciding which English course to choose, I had read the comments posted by previous students who visited MovingonCourses Academy. Furthermore, I have personal feedback from a friend who also visited the academy last year… and, after staying one week there I could check that all of them were truth! The course is really 100% in English; you do not speak a single word in your native language except when phoning home. The atmosphere between students and between students and staff was always friendly; indeed, I had the opportunity to meet great people with which I had fun and also received their support during a couple of days in which my health was not 100% fine. I found out perfectly balanced the time allocated to classes and evening activities, thus having time both for improving grammar and syntax, as well as conversation and listening. Besides the classes, the teachers accompanied us to visit relevant places both in Bangor and Belfast, as well to a movie, bingo, pubs and a concert of Red Hot Chilli PIPERS!!. So you were at all time with your brain working in English. I would like to thank Gavin, Sonia, Chris and Karen for their effort to make the week I stayed at the Academy really worthwhile.

Great experience for fair price

Friendly and professional teachers, interesting study trips, fantastic home-made meals, comfortable accomodation. I highly value small classes - teachers tailor the lessons to your needs. Study trips were well prepared, always interesting, ending in a cosy café where we discussed what we had learnt.:) Students were different nationalities, age (24-65) and proffessions - it was great to meet interesting people! Teachers actually available 12 hrs a day (hats off, Karen, for your effort!!) Sonia, our host, is a really great cook - I will never forget her Irish stew :). Comfortable rooms and all facilities (washing mashine etc.). I felt very welcome. Thank you, Sonia and Gavin, for your hospitality, you do a great job!!

Two weeks 100% English pays off!

Good experience! Two weeks complete English immersion done and now I´m much more confident with my English! All teachers were great, and I was able to have both group classes as well as one-to-one classes. And the classes were just one part of the English immersion - I didn´t manage to escape English from lunch, dinner, study trips, other activities

This Course is Excellent to learn as a family

The course is very good and I can confirm every information about it.
The owners Sonia and Gavin are really nice and professional, Sonia is an amazing chef.
The class is every day for 4 hours, in the afternoon there are useful study trips.
At Lunch and Dinner you speak a lot with the teachers and other students.
This is the best course!

Wery good course, I would recomend it to ewerione. Teacher are wery frendli and they help you with your problems in english language. Food is also very good.

Totally different to others courses

MovingOn courses is something different. It is an authentic 100% all day English course. This adds value to your time and money.
Moreover, the learning method, including grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, presentations and a lot of interaction between students and teachers make it something unique.
The course is an extraordinary experience. You feel at home in a totally professional environment. The Directors and hosts Sonia and Gavin are professionals, with the help of Karen who also lives in the house.

Great course, fantastic experience!!!

I spent 2 months in this course and it was fantastic! My english improved a lot and now I feel relly confident with my speaking, my listening and my writing. Teachers taught me lot of things related to my intrests and to what could be useful to me. In my opinion living with the teachers in an immersive english environment made the difference from the other courses I attended. In addition, the atmosphere is lovely and soon, after my arrival, I started feeling like being home. The only bad side is that you will miss the course after it will be finished.
