The great school to lean English and your life

SSALI is located in very nice city. Safe, quite, and people are very friendly. Also, I like the classes in SSALI. You can learn English grammar, listening, writing, and reading skills on core classes, you can choose elective classes also (some of examples are slang, culture, pronunciation.) The SSALI teachers are very professional and helpful, so you don't worry about study in SSALI. Of course, I learned English skills in SSALI, but I learned lots of more important things. I met lots of students who are from many countries and many generations. I learned about world in SSALI. It is the most important memory and knowledge for me. Now, SSALI is a kind of my home, and teachers and students are like my family. Thank you teachers. Thank you my friends!

English Preparation

It was a really good experience. Even when you are adult. After six months working hard with my english level I took the Toefl test and It was a good average.

I enjoyed the activities and multicultural people from all around the world.

The teachers are excellent. I recommend study in SSAli If you are are looking a good place to live, with very nice people and excellent academic level you must to consider this place. It is near to San Francisco, cheap, good people, you have everything around.

A Remarkable Time in SSALI

I recommend SSALI program for all who wants improve English for different reasons either academic purposes or just for increasing language skills. It's a great school with an attentive staff in there. There are professional and friendly teachers there. The environment is very comfortable which makes process of study and diving in English more efficient. I love this school and its people who work for it.

Perfect place to learn English!

I recommed SSALI because is a place where you can learn English and practice everyday with teachers and classmates having a good environment... I learned a lot there, not just English, I learned about other cultures, customs and countries... SSALI gives you an awesome experience with the best teachers, they are always prepared for everything and they have the patient to explain and many activities to do in each single class.
I feel so lucky to have been there!

Nice Experience in Sonoma SSALI

Sonoma State University and SSALI is a very good education system I tried in the past and as Teacher from Italy, I think to have been enriched with that wonderful experience I did. Very professional, friendly and taking care of students. Very important was the cooperative learning steps, and all the affectionate atmosphere I found. I hope to come back again and, surely, I can recommend to all students and people who want to have an important progress approaching into English study. I miss CA, San Francisco and SSALI, in particular way.

Unforgettable experience at SSALI

I had the opportunity to attend classes at SSALI last summer and it was the best experience I've ever had, it left me something I'll never forget and helped me to grow. All the classes are challenging and interesting, you have the possibility to compare and contrast your experiences to the ones from other cultures and parts of the world. I met a lot of lovely people, among the students and the teachers, too. You feel comfortable and always stimulated to the dialogue, so you can really broaden your mind. Everything I learned at SSALI helped me once I came back home, with my current studies.
The field trips were special opportunities to spend time with classmates and teachers and learn something about the places, the history, the American everyday-life that has always been a source of interest to me.
I had a lot of fun and a great and unforgettable time. I recommend SSALI with all my heart... You won't be disappointed!

A Great Time in the SSALI

I recommend the SSALI courses with all my heart. I still remember the time spent there. I learnt a lot during the all classes. All teachers were always prepared and taught us by a perfect pedagogical way. The grammer was explained clearly so that I had no problems to understand it. The classes never were boring. I liked a lot the topics that we discussed at speaking, reading and writing lessons. The discussions were interesting also because the classmates were from different countries. It enriched me a lot. I attended also English through Music lessons which were really fun. The lessons for the preparation to the TOEFL were the most difficult but very helpful. All teachers were very friendly so that I felt that they really wanted to help us. I also made a lot of friends among the classmates, and we still keep in touch. The summer in the SSALI gave me really a lot.

THANKS SSALI!

SSALI is the best place that you could learn and improve your English. I spent one year in the program and it was totally worth it! The teachers were really proffesional, and friendly. The curriculum was serious and not boring. Whenever I had something important to ask, they helped me compassionately. Also, they are still willing to help me even though I'm not currently enrolled the program. Beside the great the education opportunity that I had,
it was really fun to go to the field trips with my new friends.
They are my first family and home in the US. I'm emotionally and educationally attached to SSALI.
