About Centro Educativo Internacional El Jarama
CEI El Jarama is an environmental education and language center
for children and teens (between ages 4-18), set in the midst of nature, encouraging the study and
experimentation of different natural processes and activites on nature in general,
as well as foreign language practice from a playful and inclusive view.
Our center has been running since 1992, with participation
by hundreds of schools, visiting us annually on school trips. CEI El Jarama is
today one of the most well-known farm schools in the Madrid community, thanks
to our 20 some years of experience in this area. Also, CEI El Jarama has become
one of the strongest in organizing and conducting summer camps and language
courses for elementary and secondary education institutions.
Our center is located in Talamanca del Jarama,
about 40 minutes from Madrid center and 30 minutes from Madrid-Barajas
International Airport. With an enclosed
12-hectare facility by the river bank of the Jarama, this location
allows you to enjoy direct contact with nature and the environment.
